the carpets had some wet spots. but the staff was friendly and eager to help! rooms were clean and comfy, with a fridge that was super handy. breakfast was included, which was perfect to start the day.

Had an awesome time with friends exploring the underground aquarium and enjoying the amusement park. The location is perfect, super close to everything. The staff is super friendly and helpful, making it easy to get tickets at a great price. Great spot for some fun group adventures.

The underground parking could use better maintenance. it was messy, which was a bit off-putting. Also, we had to ask for some basic items in our room, like face cloths.

The location is unbeatable, right across the street from West Edmonton Mall, making it perfect for shopping trips. The room had clean linens and was of decent size. The included breakfast, while basic, offered options like yogurt and pancakes, though the wait times were long due to the crowd during spring break. One downside was the state of the elevator. it was out of service for the last two days of our stay, forcing us to carry heavy luggage down multiple flights of stairs, which was particularly challenging with a baby. The decor feels quite outdated, and the carpets could use a thorough cleaning. Despite these challenges, the convenience of the hotel made it worthwhile.
